The College has integrated the study of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism in the New Ear into the whole process of talent cultivation and their career development. It also implements the directives of the 20th National Congress of the CPC with concrete action. To do so, the College enhances the training and guidance of young lecturers by improving their research skills through seminar discussions, experience sharing, etc. It also establishes a multi-channel funding platform to encourage the faculty to align their research efforts with strategic national needs, actively promote Chinese culture, and effectively tell the Chinese story. The College has diligently studied President Xi's important speech delivered at the Symposium on Cultural Inheritance and Development, and closely followed the work plan made at the 10th CPC Congress of Nankai University. Under the guidance of the University’s Department for Humanities and Social Sciences Administration, the College will strive for successful applications of Chinese Academic Literature Translation and Publishing Projects with full consideration of its disciplinary characteristics, to spare no efforts to construct a discipline system, academic system, and discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
