Russian major and Italian major of the College of Foreign Languages of Nankai University were selected into the list of national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites in 2021. German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Translation were selected into the list of provincial first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites in 2021.
According to the “Notice on First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction” or the “Double Ten-Thousand Plan”, the Ministry of Education organized the submission of national and provincial first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites of the year 2021. Recently, after the selection and recommendation of the Teaching Guidance Committee in Higher Educational Institutions, a total of 14 specialties of our university were selected into the list of national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites of the year 2021, and two specialties of our university, Russian and Italian, were successfully selected. At the same time, 29 specialties of our university were selected into the list of provincial first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites, and German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Translation were selected.
Previously, two undergraduate specialties (English and Japanese) of College of Foreign Languages have been approved as national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites.
