On November 2, 2019, the 9th General Assembly and the 2019 Academic Conference of Tianjin Language Society was held in Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. According to the constitution of the association, the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary general, deputy secretary general and directors would be re-elected.
They were respectively Prof. Li Bing from the CFL Associate Prof. Guo Jia from the English Department of the CFL, Associate Prof. Yang Wenjiang of the Japanese Department and Prof. Zhang Wenzhong of the English Department.
