Where do all the graduates of the foreign language college work? What are the requirements for hiring students in different industries and jobs? To help students develop their career planning, the Career and Career Development Center of CFL used the holiday to conduct a survey on the whereabouts of graduates in the past three years and their job requirements, sorting out ten popular posts for foreign language graduates and issued a summary job requirements data for foreign language talents.
The data includes the information of more than 400 postgraduate graduates in the past three years, and has searched and sorted out the latest recruitment requirements of some posts. On this basis, it sorted out a preliminary list of the industries and posts that are the most popular among students in recent years according to the nature of the industry and posts. The survey shows that education, Party and government offices , and finance have become the industries most welcomed by graduates of CFL in the past three years while teachers, sales, civil servants, Management Trainee, operations, editors, executives, human resources,college counseling and translator and translators have become top10 of posts. The data also summarizes the job requirements of each different industry, which provides reference for students on their career planning and ability requirements.
According to the teacher who is responsible for this survey, the college encouraged all students to take advantage of the holiday to carry out a series of job surveys and interviews to promote students’ career planning and counselling work and the summary of posts for foreign language talents is one of the results. The detailed data of this survey was pushed through online WeChat, with nearly 1,000 hits, helping students better understand the current employment information and requirements so that they can make their career planning as soon as possible.
