Recently, the fifth season of resume special training as part of the “Workplace Running Man” program was held by the graduate students’ union. It was organized by the Association of Career Development and received support from Zhaopin.com. Xing Qingheng, senior project manager of Zhaopin was also invited as a lecturer to teach resume skills.
Through asking questions about resume preparation and finding faults in other resumes, Xing Qingheng mobilized the enthusiasm of the students and taught them how to create a successful resume. He pointed out later that a good resume should be based on the self-advantage. Lack of correct understanding and positioning would cause big problems. He also took two resumes as an example, guiding the students to analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and explaining the details and precautions during preparation.
The content should be job-oriented, not piled with all the irrelevant stuff. Besides, the descriptive words chosen should be simple and concise, with dynamic structure and data support. he commented.
Xing's resume training not only offer us with technical guidance, but also remind us of other significant aspects like the career choice, the occupational image and so on. Postgraduate Hao Li said at the end of the training.
More interestingly, nearly 300 viewers from other places also got access to the training simultaneously through the online live broadcast platform.
