Recently, the Youth Volunteers and Social Practice Center of the CFL came to Class 1, Grade 3 of the Fenghuli Primary School and donated 23 recorders to the students. The charity funds were raised by the Students Charity Campaign of Morning Reading of the CFL. The donation ceremony was chaired by Lv Haifeng, the young pioneer counselor of Fenghuli Primary School.
This donation was supported by the Charity Campaign of Morning Reading of the CFL with its slogan of “sunshine morning reading plan begins from the first day”, the aim of which is to encourage the students to actively take part in the morning reading and achieved the public welfare donation through the accumulation in the morning reading time. Lv Haifeng, on behalf of the pupils of Fenghuli Primary School, expressed his thanks for the public welfare activity. He said that “the most important thing in the foreign language learning is to practice assiduously” and he thought that “those caring recorders will bring great convenience for the pupils of Fenghuli Primary School in their foreign language learning and also help the school to carry out the teaching activity in a more efficient way.
Fenghuli Primary School is the long-term practice service center for the Youth Volunteers and Social Practice Center of the CFL. Since 2013, there have been fixed volunteer teaching times every week. Up to now, CFL has donated the newspaper of 21st Century (Junior Edition) of the academic year 2015-2016, 124 wireless headphone, and 23 recorders.
