Recently, Nankai University has initiated the promotional work for recruiting recommended students from some foreign language high schools, and CFL has teamed several groups to 14 foreign language high schools to recruit talents.
In the mid October, the Ministry of Education has clearly stipulated this year’s recruitment policy. Under the guidance of the university, CFL are mainly responsible for the promotional work in some foreign language high schools nationwide.
CFL has analyzed last year’s recruitment situation and formulated promotion policy in terms of this year’s recruitment policy. In order to make the contents substantial and multi-perspective, CFL has actively teamed up several groups, each of which includes at least associate professors, student affairs carders and the present university students through recommendation. Head of the university’s admission office organized a training program for the teams and explained the key policy points and promotional rules.
It is said the new feature of “easier to change majors” will be regarded as the important promotion policy, that is to say, applicants from English major and other minority language majors can register for the entrance examination of Nankai University. They can fill in and sign up the application of two majors at the same time among English, Translation, and minority language majors. After the successful registration, they will take the national examination. The adjustment of this recruitment policy will immensely attract attention of those middle school students.
