Many foreign language graduates always get a stuck in their applying for jobs, that is, they cannot find a favorite enterprise because of their highly professional. On the other hand, many enterprises desiring for foreign language talents are often lack of qualified applicants in some big recruitment fairs. To solve this problem, Nankai University held on November 20 the 3rd on-campus recruitment fair for foreign language graduates. Relevant enterprises were invited into the campus which built a quick gateway not only for the foreign language talents but also for enterprises.
Cooperated with Tianjin Free Trade Zone, Nankai University selected and invited 11 enterprises to attend the on-campus recruitment fair. These enterprises offered nearly 100 jobs to recruit translator or interpreter and foreign language teachers, which attracted nearly 200 applicants who are new college graduates or postgraduates majoring in foreign languages.
Since 2013, Nankai University has held two successful on-campus recruitment fairs. Meanwhile, College of Foreign Languages and two enterprises also signed an agreement to set up a training base for the new graduates.
